Return Policy
All sales are final on promotional and discounted items.
Only incorrect or defective items are subject to return. Photos of the defect must be sent to returns@drftur.com within 7 days of delivery. Items must not be washed or worn.
Check the size chart before ordering — incorrect sizes cannot be returned.
Colors and print placement may vary slightly from product images and are not considered defects.
Items must be returned in original packaging with all tags still attached.
Once your return is received, please allow 5-7 business days for inspection and processing.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the item is approved.
DRFTUR reserves the right to deny any return that does not meet the conditions outlined above.
Once tracking confirms delivery, DRFTUR is not responsible for lost or stolen packages for deliveries or returns. Please ensure your mailing address is correct before placing your order.
Please ensure the correct currency is selected at checkout. DRFTUR is not responsible for currency discrepancies after an order is placed.

DRFTUR ships to multiple destinations. International orders may be subject to additional duties, taxes, and customs fees upon delivery. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer and are not covered by DRFTUR.
Please ensure your mailing address is correct before placing your order. DRFTUR is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout.
Once tracking confirms delivery, DRFTUR is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages. Delays caused by carriers, customs, or circumstances beyond our control are not the responsibility of DRFTUR.
